I”M Back

Its been quite a while , but I’m back to stay 🙂 I have been extremely busy with LIFE!!  Husband , daughters , grandchildren and subbing.

I let the red go for a little while ,but its coming back and I couldn’t be happier.

Lets do this thing together I haven’t been exercising at ALL !! With that said I have gained weight!! Its not pretty and its got to go . Today I have done crunches , planks and leg lifts. What  I know is true if you start slow and just add on you can get it done . Especially if you have a made up mind. I am also drinking three 24 oz of water a day .  thats the key ladies WATER!!
